Can I add more people after making a reservation?
It is possible to add more people. However, please note that there is a limit to the number of reservations we can accommodate, so we may not be able to fulfill your request.
Can I cancel all or part of my reservation after booking?
Yes, you can. Please refer to the cancellation policy for details.
Can companions observe the activity?
We generally ask that companions refrain from observing. However, if you have elderly, young children, or those who cannot participate due to health reasons, please inform us at the time of reservation.
Are there any special instructions regarding belongings or attire?
You can participate empty-handed. We provide clothing, tools, and drinking water. We recommend wearing comfortable, easy-to-change, and easy-to-move-in clothing.
Is there an age limit?
Participants must be between the ages of 5 and 80 and able to follow the instructor’s directions properly. Additionally, participants under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.
Can I take the weapon I made home?
As long as the weapon is placed in checked luggage, there should be no problem. However, please be aware that some countries, regions, or airlines may have regulations that prohibit bringing the weapon, so please check in advance.
Can the weapon I made be shipped to my home?
Shipping is not available.
About Cancellations
General Reservations
- Reservations can be made for 1 to 20 people.
- Please inform us of the number of people and the desired date and time at least one week in advance.
- It is possible to add more people after the reservation, but please consult us by the day before as we may not be able to accommodate due to reservation limits.
- If you need to cancel a general reservation, a portion of the experience fee will be charged depending on the time remaining before the reservation date. Please see the details below:
- Up to 14 days before: 0%
- Up to 7 days before: 50%
- Up to 3 days before: 70%
- Within 3 days: 100%
Private Reservations
- Private reservations are available for groups of 10 or more.
- Even if your group is fewer than 10 people, you can reserve privately by paying the fee for 10 people.
- Please inform us of the number of people and the desired date and time at least one month in advance.
- If you need to cancel a private reservation, a portion of the experience fee will be charged depending on the time remaining before the reservation date. Please see the details below:
- Up to 30 days before: 0%
- Up to 14 days before: 50%
- Up to 7 days before: 70%
- Within 7 days: 100%
- It is possible to increase or decrease the number of participants for an already booked private reservation. Please inform us by the day before. However, if the total number of participants falls below 10 due to a reduction in numbers, the cancellation fees outlined in point 4 will apply, and the private status of the reservation will be canceled.
Cancellation Fee Calculation Examples
If you make a general reservation for 5 people but cancel 3 of them 10 days in advance, a fee of 20,000 yen × 3 × 50% = 30,000 yen will be charged.
If you make a private reservation for 12 people but cancel all of them 8 days in advance, a fee of 20,000 yen × 12 × 70% = 168,000 yen will be charged.
If you make a private reservation for 12 people but cancel 4 of them 5 days in advance, the private status will be canceled, and a fee of 20,000 yen × 4 × 100% = 80,000 yen will be charged.
